Oceanic Delta 5 Second Stage Regulator

The new Delta 5 is the next step in a long line of remarkably reliable, durable and smoothly breathing regulators to carry that name. Sure, Oceanic gave it an updated look, but that's not all. Like the Delta's before it, the 5 comes standard with Oceanic's patented Dynamic Adjustment Technology, dive/pre-dive controls and a super comfortable orthodontic mouthpiece. Unlike its predecessors, the new Delta 5 has an all metal pneumatic valve, providing super smooth breathing performance in any condition. Oceanic has also added a heat exchanger, positioned on the hose connection to the 2'nd stage, to further increase it's already stellar cold water performance. The Delta 5 takes this comfort even further with an orthodontic mouthpiece designed to accommodate the natural overbite of the human jaw.The second stage is lightweight and has a 2.5" (6.35cm) diameter front profile making it one of the most compact designs on the market. The second stage regulator has a dual adjustability with its dive/pre-dive venturi lever to help prevent regulator free-flow while entering the water through surf or jumping off the back of a boat. In addition the dynamic airflow adjustment knob allows the diver to fine tune the regulators breathing resistance during the dive for precise control of air flow to the second-stage regulator.
